How a project runs
The stages of a project, from the first meeting to handover.

Consultation
A free meeting on site: intended use, building constraints, budget frame. We say plainly what is feasible, and in what order.
Planning and proposal
Survey of the existing structure, scope, materials, a realistic schedule. A detailed line-by-line proposal, with no hidden amounts.
Preparation
Borough permits, site protection, material orders, trade coordination before the first hammer falls.
Construction
Execution, regular reporting, a site kept clean. One point of contact from start to finish.
Completion
Joint review, deficiency list, corrections, then handover with documentation and applicable warranties.
