Only a written, signed quote binds the company. Every quote sets out the scope, materials, schedule and price. Any prices shown elsewhere on this site are all-inclusive, excluding applicable taxes.

Legal warranties

Any commercial warranty offered is in addition to the legal warranties provided by the Civil Code of Québec — in particular the warranty against poor workmanship and liability for loss of the work — and neither replaces nor limits them.

Licence and verification

The Régie du bâtiment du Québec licence number appears at the bottom of every page. You can and should verify it in the public register of licence holders before signing anything.

Governing law
