1 opening photo — wide, eye level, verticals straight
8 to 12 gallery photos — the space from several angles
2 to 4 before / construction photos — same angle as the after
1 to 3 detail photos — materials, junctions, hardware
Written authorisation from the homeowner, signed, before anything is published
Copyright assignment or licence from the photographer
