In accordance with Law 25, the person in charge of the protection of personal information within the company is:

Any request for access, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion must be addressed to this person. A response is provided within 30 days.
Information collected
This site collects only the information you voluntarily enter in the consultation request form: name, email address, telephone number, project type and project description.
No account, profile or browsing history is created. The site does not collect sensitive information within the meaning of the law.
Purposes
This information is used only to answer your request, to prepare the first consultation and, if applicable, to prepare a quote.
It is never sold, rented or exchanged. It is not used for promotional mailings: any other purpose would require your separate consent.
Consent
By submitting the form, you consent to being contacted about the project described. This consent is free, informed and given for that purpose alone. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to the person in charge.
Retention and destruction
A request that does not lead to a contract is kept for 24 months, then destroyed. A request that leads to a contract is kept for the periods applicable to construction files, in particular the legal warranties of the Civil Code of Québec.
Hosting and communication outside Québec
Example
Where a supplier located outside Québec processes personal information, a privacy impact assessment is carried out beforehand and the communication is governed by a written agreement, as the law requires.

Your rights
You may request access to your information, its correction, the withdrawal of your consent, its communication in a structured, commonly used technological format (portability), the cessation of its dissemination, or its deletion.
Confidentiality incident
In the event of an incident presenting a risk of serious injury, the persons concerned and the Commission d’accès à l’information are notified promptly, and the incident is entered in the register required by law.
Complaint
If the response you receive does not satisfy you, you may file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
