Survey of the existing structure, scope, materials, a realistic schedule. A detailed line-by-line proposal, with no hidden amounts.
Preparation
Borough permits, site protection, material orders, trade coordination before the first hammer falls.
Construction
Execution, regular reporting, a site kept clean. One point of contact from start to finish.
Completion
Joint review, deficiency list, corrections, then handover with documentation and applicable warranties.
